Dirt Bike Channel September 2025 Giveaway – Official Rules

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

The Dirt Bike Channel September 2025 Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void in NY, FL, RI, Canada, and where prohibited.  Employees, officers, and directors of Dirt Bike Channel LLC (“Sponsor”), Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter

A. Affiliate Purchase Entry
During the Promotion Period, visit Sponsor’s affiliate link to Rocky Mountain ATV/MC at https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/l/Dirt-Bike-Channel?ref=1017 and purchase one or more products. You will receive one (1) entry for each $1.00 USD spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling) through the affiliate link. Purchase transactions involving returns, chargebacks, or cancellations will not be eligible.

B. Merch Purchase Entry
During the Promotion Period, visit Sponsor’s website at https://dirtbikechannel.com/ and purchase one or more products. You will receive one (1) entry for each $1.00 USD spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling).

C. Free Alternate Method of Entry (Email Entry)
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to 2025dbcseptpromo@gmail.com with the subject line “September 2025 Giveaway Entry” and include your full legal name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, and date of birth in the body of the email. You will receive two hundred (200) entries for each valid email received. Limit one (1) email entry per day during the Promotion Period. Limit ten (10) email entries per person, household, or email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Any entrant who submits more than ten (10) email entries will be disqualified in their entirety. Email entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM MT on September 30, 2025 to be eligible.

D. During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will provide limited-time “Bonus Entry Periods” as follows:

·       From 12:00 a.m. CT on September 1, 2025 through 11:59 p.m. CT on September 5, 2025, all eligible entries received will receive two (2) entries for each one (1) entry that would otherwise be earned under these Official Rules.

·       From 12:00 a.m. CT on September 26, 2025 through 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2025, all eligible entries received will receive two (2) entries for each one (1) entry that would otherwise be earned under these Official Rules.

Bonus entries will be applied automatically and will count toward the maximum entry limit set forth in Section 4.

4. Limitations

Limit a total of 2,000 entries per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any use of robotic, repetitive, or automated entry methods will void all entries from that entrant.

5. Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

A total prize pool of $7,000 USD will be awarded:
- Grand Prize (1) – $2,000 cash.
- Second Prize (1) – $1000 cash.
- Eight other Prizes (8 total) – $500 cash.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about October 5–15, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select ten (10) potential winners (the “Finalists”). Finalists may be identified by a unique entry number provided by Rocky Mountain ATV/MC in the case of affiliate entries, in order to protect customer privacy. Sponsor will request only the names of the Finalists from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, not the full entrant database.

During a live streamed drawing on YouTube, Sponsor will place the ten Finalist names into a drawing container. At that event, Sponsor will draw and announce the following prize winners:
- One (1) Grand Prize Winner who will receive $2,000 cash.
- One (1) Second Prize Winner who will receive $1000 cash.
- Eight (8) additional winners who will each receive $500 cash.

Potential winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. Winners must respond within 5 days to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and IRS Form W-9 before receiving their prize.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical failures of any kind. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion.
